You know the ones we're talking about, the little-old-misfit-choral-group-that-could who—spoiler alert—stole the gold at Sectionals while still managing to completely rock our world with showstopping ballads, baby daddy blow-ups, broken engagements and the banishment of one badass Cheerios coach named Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch).
Glee's fall finale has come and gone, and man, did it deliver! Dare we say it may have been the best hour yet?

Top Chef Finale a Brotherly, Motherly Affair

The twist: Make a dish that not just their mothers would love.
After getting surprise visits from mamas Voltaggio and Gillespie on tonight's Top Chef finale, Michael, Bryan and Kevin were ordered to add a fourth dish inspired by something mom used to make to the standard three-course, best-meal-of-their-lives menu (including dessert!) they had already been asked to prepare.
While BryVolt went with a play on tuna-noodle casserole and Kevin fried up some "chicken & fixings," Michael went his usual "what?" route, turning in "dehydated cream of broccoli," a quirky take on one of the many foods the grown-up epicure used to hate as a kid.

The reality star could give birth to a baby boy at an Indianapolis-area hospital any minute now, E! News has learned exclusively.
It'll be her first child with hubby Hank Baskett. The couple told us earlier this year that they plan to name their little bundle of joy Hank Baskett IV.
Hearing of the news of Kendra's impending delivery, Hugh Hefner sent his former Mansion housemate best wishes: "I send my love to Kendra, Hank and the baby on this memorable day."

After losing 239 pounds during his stint on NBC's The Biggest Loser, season-eight winner Danny Cahill is headed home to Broken Arrow, Okla., to restart his family life, and there are some big changes in the works for the Cahills this holiday season.
Among other things, says Danny, "Whenever Christmastime comes, my wife would have to get on the ladder to put the Christmas lights on the house, because they don't make a ladder that handles 450 pounds. This year, I'm putting the lights up!" (Awww.)

Just when we thought Colin Farrell couldn't get any hotter, we find out he can sing.
Not only does the Irish hunkster do his own singing playing a country music star in the much-buzzed-about Crazy Heart, but he actually has a pretty darn good voice, too.
"No one had heard him sing until he recorded with [composer and producer] T-Bone, but we assumed if he took the role that he probably could pull it off or he wouldn't have accepted the role," Crazy Heart producer Judy Cairo told us last night at the movie's L.A. premiere. The ever-offended Parents Television Council is doing its part to spread the holiday jeer, singling out a couple of CBS cross-promotional ads as an example of, well, pretty much everything that's wrong with the world today.
Still, good to know they're keeping their priorities in order.
The ads, promoting the classic holiday specials Frosty the Snowman and Frosty Returns on CBS later this month, are dubbed over with some sassy dialogue from Two and a Half Men and How I Met Your Mother.

If you live in Raleigh, N.C., take a good look at the diner waitress asking if you'd like white or wheat toast with your breakfast.
She might be Kate Gosselin.
The reality-tv matriarch was spotted Tuesday morning without her 8 (and, of course, without her former mate) taking orders of pancakes and grits at Finch's Restaurant in the southern city.
But alas, Kate doesn't have a new full-time gig. She was shooting a "test segment" for her upcoming solo reality show with Tlc.

It's an unseasonably chilly evening in L.A., but that isn't stopping the stars from partying.
At least two events tonight are in the same place: The Luxe Hotel in Bel Air is hosting the Creative Coalition's dinner celebrating Latinos in entertainment as well as a release party for The Official Michael Jackson Opus, a massive book about the King of Pop.

Jennifer Aniston To Be Adam Sandler's Wife?

But unlike the real-life wedding ceremony Aniston shared with Brad Pitt, this time the star is looking to join Adam Sandler for a romantic comedy called Pretend Wife, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Details are sketchy, but the project seems in a similar vein to her other upcoming comedies The Baster and The Bounty—and a bit less like the one where she'll play a singing jailbird.

Major Pound Loss—and a Proposal!—on Biggest Loser Finale

NBC has indeed discovered how to turn losers into winners.
Despite all the money that changed hands tonight on The Biggest Loser: Second Chances finale—$250,000 for the not-so-big-anymore winner and $100,000 for the most successful among the previously eliminated contestants—a bit of bling stole the show.
"I love you with all my heart," the newly svelte Antoine Dove began, kneeling in front of fellow season-eight alum Alexandra White. "I've accomplished the impossible in my life because you were by my side. And now we're going to be able to live our lives together forever, if you'd accept this ring."

Ricky Gervais "Obsessed" With Dexter—and Paging Ryan Gosling to The Office

If Showtime's Dexter ends up winning its very first (and much-deserved) Golden Globe this January, it might just be because host Ricky Gervais has taken it upon himself to call out the wrong name...Turns out, he's that big of a die-hard fan!
"I'm nearly obsessed with Dexter. I've never seen anything quite like it," Gervais tells us, adding that he's been hitting up the show's producer for advance copies of episodes. "I think it's great! It's funny, it's exciting, it's one of the best ensemble pieces I've ever seen. The acting's great, and the writing's great."

As the World Stops Turning After 54 Years

What we want to know is, is this the work of CBS or CBS' evil twin?
Generations of kids faking sick days and bonbon-eating housewives have gone into mourning, as the network has called time on As the World Turns, canceling the sudsy staple after 54 years.
The show premiered in 1956 and helped launch the careers of Marisa Tomei, Meg Ryan, Parker Posey, Julianne Moore, Martin Sheen and James Earl Jones, among others. Its final episode will air next September.

Bryant Gumbel Recovering From Lung Cancer Surgery

Real Sports is facing real life, and no, we're not talking about Tiger.
Sportscaster Bryant Gumbel revealed on Live! With Regis and Kelly today that he recently went under the knife to treat lung cancer.
The HBO star was subbing for Regis Philbin, who recently underwent successful hip-replacement surgery, when cohost Kelly Ripa asked him to dance. He declined and explained that he recently had a portion of his lung removed along with a malignant tumor.
The former Today show host will see his surgeon again next week, and he is hopeful.
