Cheerleading has always been featured on Espn when they filmed Nationals but besides the negative stereotypes, cheerleaders never had a voice in Hollywood. That all changed in 2000 when the Bring It On franchise was born. Finally, the inner workings of a cheerleadership have been exposed and the line between the good and the bad has been drawn. Bring It On: Fight to the Finish follows Lina (Christina Milian) who moves from East La to the prime and proper Malibu to start a new life with her mother, her step-father, and her new step-sister. Having to leave her masterful squad Lina has a new challenge of turning a nothing sqaud into a squad worthly of Nationals. Cheerleading is an art and over the past nine years we have experienced the highs and lows that accompany competitive cheerleading in the Bring It On franchise.
